Conrad Algarve - Dinner at Louro Restaurant

When we booked a trip to the Algarve, I was excited for various reasons, one reason in particular was to sample some good ol' Piri Piri chicken.
If you've ever been to Nandos to sample some good ol' chicken, you'll understand why my taste buds got a little excited. The originator of Nandos is originally from Portugal so its only fair that they get the chicken spot on.

We stayed at the gorgeous Conrad Algarve and booked a table at Louro restaurant; the service at Conrad is exceptional, from breakfast to dinner you are very well catered to. See my full post of Conrad Algarve here (

At dinner we ordered a plate of spicy piri piri chicken and the catch of the day; The catch of the day was the freshest fish I have ever tasted; fresh Sea bass caught on the day. Yummy!

We ended the night with some chocolate infused cocktails and some traditional Portuguese music.

We had dinner at Louro a couple of times and all I can say is wow; the food was amazing, the service was great and the entertainment at dinner left us with a good feel of Portuguese culture.
