My trip to the Caves

Coastal Algarve is stunning, with breathtaking seas and golden beaches. It's no surprise that the first thing I decided to explore in the Algarve were the amazing Beach caves that the Algarve is famous for.

We took a trip into the town of Albufeira and stopped off at Evaristo Beach. Evaristo has a good stretch of sandy beach with huge rocky caves; It looked absolutely magical.
The first thing I noticed at the beach were the danger signs on the rocks, the beach was not supervised, but that didn't faze me, we were extra careful not to move too close to the waves.

There's something about the waves of the sea that brings you closer to nature and makes you appreciate the beauty of the earth.
I've recently been answering questions from my little traveller about the Garden of Eden, so being here made me reflect on how it would have been in the beginning, no fuss just pure nature and love.

If you're planning on going to the Algarve or seeing more of Europe, I hope my recent blog posts on my travels will give you some inspiration on where to go and what to see.

Marias Beach Restaurant, Algarve

My wanderlust recently took us to the Algarve in Portugal. We stayed in a town near Faro called Quinta do Lago.

One of my niggles when exploring a new destination is always finding a decent place to eat a hearty meal; a full stomach equals a healthy mind; while exploring, we happened to find Maria's beach restaurant.
Maria's beach restaurant is a gorgeous restaurant by the sea in the Algarve, not only is the food amazing here but the service is also great and the views of the beach from Maria's is dreamy.

I felt like I was tucked away in a cosy and warm front room by a fire, soaking up the views and enjoying evening dinner

Algarve's famous for piri piri chicken, it definitely lived up to the taste
